The OVOSET is the perfect solution for accurate loading of setter trays.
The incoming flow of hatching eggs are positioned points down and gently transferred to a setter tray.
The proven points down setting system (a Prinzen innovation), with a points down correction of > 99,7% is unequalled.
The OVOSET can handle most common setter trays types.
Additional transfer units are available to complete the basic machine for a second tray type.

The PSPC 5 is used for setting hatching eggs directly on setter trays with a parallel matrix, such as the 150 and 90 egg tray types from Petersime, Pas Reform or HatchTech as well as on 30 cell trays (carton or plastic).

Used for setting hatching eggs on to setter trays, this seven row packer is unique in its operational method. The PSPC 7 is capable filling many sorts of "offset matrix" or honeycomb tray patterns such as setter trays from Jamesway, Chick Master or HatchTech of various number of eggs per tray.

To offer more flexibility when choosing the packer or grader, we have three standard infeed belt options available. The various types of infeed belts allow connecting multiple egg conveyors to feed the PSPC series egg packer or Elgra 3 grader unit.

For loading and un-loading containers and trolleys, the PLU-18 is available in either on-farm or high capacity versions. From simple loading of setter trays into trolleys at the end of a PSPC egg packer to high capacity, twin tray units suitable for hatchery use, Prinzen has a solution.
Our on-farm loaders are used in conjunction with our PSPC egg packers to load various trolleys, whilst our high capacity models can be used for loading or unloading and have many options to suit specific hatchery application.
